Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pullora (pullora.ai), an AI-powered code review service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pullora analyzes Pull Requests in repositories you connect and produces review findings, comments and summaries. Reviews are generated by AI systems and are provided to assist — not replace — human review. Pullora may miss issues or report findings that are incorrect; you remain responsible for the code you merge and ship.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • Workspace owners and admins control member access and are responsible for actions taken within their workspace.
  • You must have the rights necessary to connect any repository you submit for review.

3. Plans, billing and usage

  • Paid plans are billed in USD via Razorpay, monthly or annually, in advance.
  • Review usage is metered in units (Quick 0.5, Standard 1.0, Deep 2.0) against your plan's monthly allowance.
  • Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, evade usage limits, or access other customers' data.
  • Do not submit repositories you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not use the Service to develop a directly competing automated review product by systematically harvesting its output.

5. Intellectual property

Your code remains yours. Review findings generated for you may be used freely within your organization. The Service, its software and branding remain the property of Pullora.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
